Rainier High School graduate and Seattle Pacific soccer player Sophie Beadle was named a second team All-American by the United Soccer Coaches.

The honor was one of many that Beadle earned following her senior season, including taking home the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Player of the Year, as well as being named to the All-GNAC First Team and the Division II Conference Commissioners Association First Team All-Region Team. In the classroom, she added a third GNAC All-Academic team selection.

Beadle finished the season with a conference-leading seven assists, a goal on Sept. 28 and nine points. She helped Seattle Pacific to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Division II Tournament, as well as a 13-4-5 overall record and an undefeated 9-0-5 record in GNAC play.
