Crews from the West Thurston Regional Fire Authority responded at 10:49 a.m. Friday to a property on Arnold Road for a report of a 15-year-old girl stuck in a hole in the ground.

According to Chief Robert Scott, the teen was playing in the hole when she got stuck.

Her father and fire crews were able to dig a secondary hole to give her enough room to get out.

No injuries were reported.
