Rainier Places Fourth at Ocosta Invitational

In the first big tournament of the season for the Rainier wrestling team, the Mountaineers placed fourth as a team at the Ocosta Invitational over the weekend, led by several standouts. 

Zander Peck led the charge, finishing first in the 160-pound weight class, with Conner Mounts the next highest finisher at second-place in the 132 division. Liam Hentze (132, fifth), Levi Swann (145, second), Dorien Cano (182, second), and Matthew Kenney (220, fourth), were other placers for the Mountaineers. 



Rainier was the highest placing 2B team at the tournament, finishing behind just 2A Aberdeen, and 1A Elma and Hoquiam.
