There are several local locations for kids to gather safely at what has become known as trunk or treat events.

I will be at the American Legion Post 164 in Yelm with my decorated trailer but there are several places for the little ghosts, goblins, witches, and Jedi to have fun at.

Wilkowski Park on Rochester Street East in Rainier

This will be followed by the Witches Ball, which starts at 6 p.m. on Oct. 29 at the pavilion at Wilkowski Park
