An Olympia resident is facing possible DUI charges after she was involved in a rollover crash in Mason County on Tuesday.
Jasmine R. Devreax, 32, of Olympia, was reportedly travelling northbound in the left lane on U.S. Highway 101 just north of Kamilche when she lost control of her vehicle and struck a car in the left lane.
That vehicle, a gray 2025 Nissan Rogue driven by Hannah A. Petrlich, 33, of Tahuya, rolled and came to rest on the southbound shoulder.
Devreax’s vehicle, a silver 2017 Cadillac XT5, came to rest on the northbound shoulder.
The crash was reported at approximately 5:26 p.m. on June 23.
Petrlich was transported via helicopter to Tacoma General Hospital for medical treatment.
Devreax was transported to Mason General Hospital.
The Washington State Patrol has determined that DUI was the cause of the crash, according to an incident report.
Both Devreax and Petrlich were wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash.
