In-N-Out Burger has announced its first Evergreen State location will open its doors on Wednesday, Aug. 20, in Ridgefield.
The location will be In-N-Out Burger’s first in Washington state. It is located at 5801 N. Pioneer Canyon Drive. A news release states the location will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and until 1:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
The Ridgefield location will employ 80 associates upon opening, with wages starting at $18.75 per hour. Clint Ford, a 26-year veteran of In-N-Out, will manage the Ridgefield restaurant.
There will be one drive-thru lane, indoor seating for 73 guests and a covered patio with outdoor seating for 28 guests, according to the release.
“As with all locations, fresh ingredients will be supplied to the store from In-N-Out. Hamburger patties are made from 100% American beef, and whole chucks are boned and ground by In-N-Out's own butchers,” In-N-Out Burger stated in the release. “All patties are produced and delivered fresh throughout the week to the stores and are never frozen. Fresh whole produce is prepared daily by associates at every restaurant, and French fries are hand-diced from fresh whole potatoes.”
Earlier this month, the City of Ridgefield announced a traffic management plan for opening day.
Parking or lining up on public roads will be prohibited and enforced by law enforcement. If the staging areas fill, drivers will be turned away and asked to return later, a news release from the City of Ridgefield stated.
Temporary changes to improve traffic flow at the 56th Place and Pioneer Street roundabout began Monday, Aug. 11. Adjustments include a dedicated right-turn lane for Union Ridge Town Center traffic and a closure of the northbound roundabout exit. These changes will remain in place until there are two lanes open in each direction through the Pioneer widening project, the release stated.
