In Memoriam of Peggy Black
Peggy Lucille Black passed away on Jan. 17 from a brief illness. She is survived by husband, Brian Black, daughter Shelley Lucus, brother Wes Ament Jr., sister Michelle Enos, nieces Cari Holland and Moses Enos, and nephews Weston Stevens and Dustin Stevens.
Peggy was born in Reno, Nevada, and graduated high school in Redwood City, California, where she became Miss Redwood City in 1963.
Peggy worked as a bookkeeper in the restaurant and bar industry, and went on to become co-owner of a nightclub and bar in Angels Camp, California with husband Jim Lucus. This evolved into concert promotion and production for a number of years in Northern California.
In 1989, Peggy relocated to Yelm, Washington, to attend Ramtha's School of Enlightenment, where she was a passionate student for more than 30 years.
In 1990, Peggy married Brian Black, and together they raised various livestock and chickens in Mossyrock, Washington, until the time of her death.
Peggy was looking forward to discovering the mysteries of what comes after death.
