In focus: YMS robotics club students strut stuff at school board meeting

The Yelm Middle School Robotics Club demonstrated some of its projects, including some that won recent competitions, at the Yelm Community Schools Board of Directors meeting Thursday, Feb. 12. YMS Principal Mark Bowden told the directors that the school used to have a robotics class prior to the budget cuts but it was whittled down to a club, led by adviser Bethany Wennerstrom.
