With varying backgrounds, experiences and cultures, all of us want to say to you the following:
We are very thankful to work in an environment based on trust and sound values. You all make us want to do our best for Ice Chips Candy.
Thank you for taking the time to know each of us individually; it shows that you truly care about your employees. You took the time and money to support a few employees who play in bands by purchasing each of us tickets to watch our co-workers play at a local establishment. It’s wonderful that you all do not let life’s interruptions such as illnesses, appointments, and school plays be nerve-racking dilemmas.
We appreciate that you keep us informed about the company’s growth; you all make this big move seem less scary to all of us employees. It is a blessing that you allow us to define our jobs, by utilizing some of our ideas and validating us.
You gave us the opportunity to work overtime to fulfill a large order and having you here with us during that time meant the world to us. It shows us that you are here for your employees and you want us to flourish. We want to thank you for providing us with snacks and the 15-minute massages for our sore muscles. These things were beyond anything we could dream of from an employer. You always make sure to make us feel special and appreciated. As an extra special treat you came in before all of us and made us a full hot breakfast. Thank you.
Working for you here at Ice Chips is always a pleasure. By allowing us to sing along to the radio, stretch when needed, smiling, laughing, joking, and sharing our lives, dreams, and stories makes for a positive environment. You encourage us to enjoy our work and we do because of you. You make us strive to be better.
Our attitude of gratitude is a result of your contagious spirit. We are very thankful for each one of you. We are thankful for Ice Chips Candy. Because of you we have become a work family and we could not be happier.
Your Ice Chippers
