Exhibitor sign-ups, ticket sales and camping reservations now open for the 2025 Thurston County Fair

Registration for all 2025 Thurston County Fair exhibits and animals is now open. Exhibitor registration is free and available until Tuesday, July 1. Ticket sales and camping reservations are open, too.

This year, the Thurston County Fair is introducing the FairEntry online registration system. The new online registration method allows exhibitors to register their exhibits and animal entries from anywhere using an internet-connected device like a mobile phone, computer or tablet.

“We believe everyone in our community should have the opportunity to showcase their talents and skills,” said Thurston Fairgrounds and Event Center manager Thomasina Cooper in a news release. “Whether you’re an experienced exhibitor or a first timer, we encourage you to join the fun and be a part of this beloved annual county fair tradition.”

The Thurston County Fair Exhibitor Guide is also available online. You can find it at www.thurstoncountyfair.org. The guide includes exhibitor categories, rules and helpful tips.

“We are particularly excited to introduce online fair exhibitor registration which will simplify the registration process for all participants,” Cooper said in the release. “And with free entry for exhibits and animals, coupled with the inspirational ideas in our Exhibitor Guide, there’s truly no barrier to joining in the excitement.”
