The Thurston County Auditor’s Office Elections Division mailed local voters’ pamphlets for the Aug. 6 primary election to all households in Thurston County Monday, July 8. For residents who did not receive a local voters’ pamphlet in the mail and would like one, contact the auditor’s office. A limited number are also available at the Nisqually Valley News office, 401 Creek St. SE. An online version is available on VoteWA.gov and ThurstonWAVotes.gov. Ballots will be mailed on July 17.
The election includes races for several state, county and federal partisan offices, including Washington state governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, state legislators, county commissioners, U.S. senator and U.S. representatives for District No. 3 and District No. 10.
