130172 Invitation for Bids
NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Bald Hills Fire Protection District 17, until 12:00PM PDT June 13th, 2024, for the Level II Refurbishment of one (1) pumper, specifically vehicle 171, an FL80 Central States pumper
Sealed bids to be marked “Refurbishment BID Pumper 171”. Interested parties should mail bids to:

Bids may also be hand delivered to Station 17-1 at 16306 Bald Hill Road SE, Yelm, Washington. No bids will be accepted by facsimile or other electronic transmission. Sealed bids will be opened on June 13th, 2024, during the regular Board of Fire Commissioners meeting.
Specifications and requirements may be obtained by contacting Fire Chief Mark Gregory at Station 17-1 during normal business hours, calling (360) 894-2517, or by email to mgregory@baldhillsfire.org. Parties requesting specifications will be added to the “interested parties” list.
An information period will be open until 5PM, June 6th, 2024. During this period, requests for information regarding the specifications may be sent to mgregory@baldhillsfire.org. The pumper is available for viewing and inspection at Station 17-1 by appointment. Information will be provided, via email response and as available, until the close of this period, when the District will email all persons on the interested parties list a summary of the questions and answers received.

The undersigned agrees to complete Level II refurbishment of pumper 171 for Bald Hills Fire Protection District 17, constricted as per the specifications herewith submitted for the following price:
Level II refurbishment of pumper fire apparatus, constructed, finished, and delivered to 16306 Bald Hill Road SE, Yelm, Washington, for: $ (Sales Tax not included)
The time of completion and delivery from receipt of the apparatus at our facility shall be days.
