An application was submitted to the City of Yelm by Denny Balascio to subdivide a 12.53 acre lot, located at 9819 GROVE RD SE, YELM, 98597into 75 single residential lots. The project is located in the R6 zone in the City of Yelm. The City has reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this project. The City has determined the application to be complete on 1/30/2024 and the public comment period will close 5 p.m. 2/22/2024.
