Helping Hands

About three weeks ago, these three Thurston County Sheriff’s deputies contacted Bruce on a call and learned he was stranded and hadn’t eaten in several days. On the day after Christmas, Deputies Nault, Turpin and Goss purchased food and socks with their own money and personally delivered the items to Bruce. According to the sheriff’s office, this is just another example of what our deputies do on a daily basis! “People first; public safety always.”
