Lee; Judd Lee; The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Shirley A. Lee; and Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; and Low Income Housing Institute. It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the land and premises located at 5107 26th Ave. SE, Lacey, WA 98503 and legally described as follows: LOT 2 IN BLOCK 5 OF BRENTWOOD, DIVISION ONE, AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 13 OF PLATS, PAGE 88; IN THURSTON COUNTY, WASHINGTON. Assessor's Parcel Number: 36500500200 Commonly referred to as: 5107 26th Ave. SE, Lacey, WA 98503 referred to in the Judgment, be sold at public auction, as particularly set out in said Judgment. The total amount due and owing by Yvonne O'Neal and Shirley A. Lee, as Judgment Debtors on the Judgment, through October 29, 2019 is $451,228.28 consisting of the following: the judgment amount of $394,761.42 principal and interest; $6,299.30 awarded for attorneys' fees and costs; plus additional pre-judgment interest from February 1, 2017 to February 20, 2019 in the amount of $29,445.00 ($39.26 x 750 days); plus post-judgment interest accruing from February 21, 2019 through October 29, 2019 of $20,722.56 ($82.56 per diem x 251 days); pursuant to the Judgment, post-judgment amounts advanced for attorneys' fees, and costs for publication and Sheriff's fees of an unknown amount. It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the Sheriff is hereby authorized to make the return within 60 days after issuance by the court. For purposes of the sale, the Order may be automatically extended for 30 days, pursuant to RCW 6.21.050.
