SMITH AND MELINDA MOSS Joint Administrators of the Estate of Russell Wayne Abdon, BARBARA ABDON, UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in the amount of $267,880.84 together with interest at the rate of 4.43% per annum, $28.25 per diem from JULY 1, 2019, the day after interest good through on the Judgment, to JULY 30, 2019, the date of Judgment entry, in the amount of $819.25; WHEREAS, post-judgment interest is accruing on $268,700.09 from JULY 31, 2019, until the date of sale at 12% per annum, $88.33 per diem; WHEREAS, the Judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a deed of trust mortgage on the real property ("Property") at 13229 Marksman Street SW, Olympia, WA 98512 and described in Exhibit "1" attached hereto; Lot 1 of Large Lot Subdivision No. LL-0856, as recorded May 17, 1994 under Auditor's File No. 9405170169; In Thurston County, Washington WHEREAS, on JULY 30, 2019, the Court ordered that all of the Property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney's fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
