113539/Property Sale OFFICE OF THE THURSTON COUNTY TREASURER MOBILE HOME/PERSONAL PROPERTY DISTRAINT SALE BY ELECTRONIC MEDIA Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to RCW 84.56.070 the Thurston County Treasurer's Office will hold a distraint tax sale of mobile home/personal property. I shall on the 10th and 11th day of March, 2020, commencing at 8 o'clock a.m. Pacific Time, at Bid4assets.com, sell the property to the highest and best bidder to satisfy the full amount of taxes, interest, and costs adjudged to be due. Prospective bidders must deposit $250.00 to participate in bidding. A deposit paid by a winning bidder will be applied to the balance due. However, a winning bidder who does not comply with the terms of sale will forfeit the deposit. Deposits paid by non-winning bidders will be refunded within ten business days of the close of sale. Payment of deposits and a winning bid must be made by certified check, money order, or wire transfer. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal this 27th day of January, 2020.
