The object of the complaint is to foreclose a deed of trust dated July 24, 2003 and recorded as Instrument No. 3558198 given by James L Talley, a single person on property commonly known as 4512 35th Court SE, Lacey, WA 98503-3510 and legally described as: LOT 59, LAKEVIEW ESTATES, DIVISION 1, AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 20 OF PLATS, PAGES 4 AND 5, IN THE COUNTY OF THURSTON, STATE OF WASHINGTON. The complaint seeks to foreclose and terminate all interest of Unknown Heirs and Devisees of James L. Talley and all other interests in the property. The "motion" or "answer" (or "reply") must be given to the court clerk or administrator within 30 days of the date of first publication specified herein along with the required filing fee. The date of first publication of the summons is October 19, 2018.
